What is a micro bakery?

A micro bakery is a small, home-based bakery that focuses on quality over quantity. At Wild Bloom Bakery, everything is made in small batches with seasonal nd locally sourced ingredients when possible.

Are you a licensed bakery?

Yes! We operate under a certified Cottage Food Operation license, which allows us to sell baked goods made in our home kitchen following strict safety and labeling regulations.

Where are you located?

We are based in Gretna Nebraska, and all items are made in our home kitchen.

How can I place an order?

You can order by emailing hello@wildbloombakery.com. Weekly orders must be placed at least one week in advance. Catering events must be placed at least 30 days in advance.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery within the Omaha Metro Area for a small fee. Pickup is also available by appointment.

Do you ship your baked goods?

At this time, we do not offer shipping due to cottage food laws. All orders are for local pickup or delivery only.

What types of baked goods do you offer?

We specialize in sourdough, cupcakes, cookies and custom cakes. Everything is made from scratch in small batches and uses seasonal flavors and rotating offerings.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We are not an allergen-free kitchen. We recommend caution if you have a severe allergy, as we work with wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts.

Can I request a custom order?

Absolutely! Custom cake, cookies and cupcake orders are available with advance notice. Contact us for availability, pricing, and flavor options.

Do you cater events?

Yes! We’d love to be part of your special event. We cater small gatherings, showers, and parties. Let us know your needs, and we’ll create something delicious.

What's your payment policy for preorders and catering?

  • Weekly preorders require payment in full at the time the order is placed.

  • Catering orders require a 50% payment at the time of booking and the balance in full 2 weeks before the event.

  • If the remaining balance isn't received 2 weeks before the event the order will be cancelled.

What's your cancellation policy?

  • Weekly preorder cancellations require a one-week advance notice for a full refund.

  • Catering cancellations require a three-week advance notice.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in no refund given.
